1. Scope of Services

 

Vandre Travel/Kyle Rose (Independent Fora Travel Advisor) agrees to provide the following travel advisory services:

 

• Personalized travel consultation

• Itinerary planning and coordination

• Booking of accommodations, transportation, tours, and activities (as requested)

• Travel documentation assistance (visa requirements, insurance guidance, etc.)

 

Additional services may be offered upon request and subject to additional fees.

 

2. Service Fees

 

Our professional planning fee is as follows:

 

• Initial Consultation: Complimentary

• Hotel & Cruise Bookings: Complimentary

• Customized Itinerary Planning, which may include the booking of tours and activities, ground transportation, restaurant reservations, etc: $50 per travel day (10 percent discount for trips extending more than 14 days)

• First, Business and Premium Economy Airfare Ticketing Fee: $50 per ticket (includes dedicated 24/7 flight support)

 

These fees cover our time, expertise, and resources in researching and coordinating your travel plans. Fees are non-refundable and payable before customized itinerary planning services are rendered unless otherwise agreed.

 

3. Agent for Suppliers

 

Vandre Travel/Kyle Rose acts solely as an agent for the travel suppliers (such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation companies, and other service providers) that are providing the travel services included in your trip. We do not own, operate, or control these third-party suppliers. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions, including cancellation and refund policies, of the respective suppliers.

 

We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of suppliers or their failure to perform as agreed, including schedule changes, cancellations, overbooking, force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

 

It is Client’s responsibility to review and understand the supplier’s terms, which will be provided as part of Client’s booking documentation.

 

4. Payment Terms & Credit Card Authorization

 

Payments for travel components (flights, hotels, tours, transportation, etc.) are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers. We will provide you with all payment deadlines and cancellation policies. A deposit may be required to begin planning, which will be outlined separately.

 

By signing this agreement, you authorize Vandre Travel/Kyle Rose to use your credit card information to make approved payments to travel suppliers on your behalf. A separate Credit Card Authorization Form will be provided and must be completed prior to any booking activity.

 

This authorization permits charges for:

 

• Deposits and final payments to third-party travel suppliers

• Service and planning fees charged by Vandre Travel/Kyle Rose

 

You will receive written or electronic confirmation before any charges are processed. We will never charge your card without your consent for the specific transaction.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

 

The Client agrees to:

 

• Provide accurate traveler information (names, dates of birth, passport info, etc.)

• Review all travel documents and itineraries carefully; client is responsible for any change/cancellation penalties

• Communicate any changes or concerns in a timely manner

• Ensure that all travelers have valid travel documentation, including passports and any required visas for international travel, and necessary vaccinations

• Comply with TSA requirements, including Real ID Act, for boarding flights

• Assume responsibility for checking travel conditions and safety risks in destination and any travel requirements

 

6. Limitation of Liability

 

Vandre Travel/Kyle Rose acts as an independent travel advisor and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.). We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, delay, or damage incurred during travel.

 

7. Travel Insurance

 

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and can be arranged upon request. No assurance or promise is made about the insurance. If you decline travel insurance, you accept full responsibility for any loss or expense incurred due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

8. Agreement Duration & Authority to Agree

 

This engagement is valid from the date of signing until completion of the services outlined, or until terminated by either party with written notice. The person signing any of our forms affirms authority to agree on behalf of everyone in their party or family.

 

9. Claims Deadline, Governing Law & Exclusive Forum

 

Claims must be presented within 30 days after the trip ends. The agreement is governed by the laws of Colorado, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Colorado.
